Funding

Lakeland Opera’s productions which tour Cumbria rely on funding from charities, local authorities, private donations, sponsorships etc. without these it would be impossible to put on the Operas. As of July 2007 we still need about £15,000 towards the cost of our forthcoming production.

The Lakeland Opera Committee is most grateful to the following organisations for the funding that has been received towards the next production and the school workshops. Without this funding we would be unable to put on the production.

Friends and Patrons

Lakeland Opera also has a Friends and Patrons scheme (contributions from as little as £10.00) which supports the productions. If you would like to contribute to this scheme please phone Judy on 01229 7166000. If you become a Friend or Patron you will not only help us to put on a quality arts event in Cumbria but you will be entitled to regular newsletters and priority booking through the Company.
